Privacy policy

Last updated: October 28, 2026

This policy explains what information Ali Rad Design collects through aliraddesign.com, how it is used, and the choices you have. Questions about it can go to Ali@aliraddesign.com.

Information you send us

When you use the project inquiry form, we receive the details you enter: your name and email, and, if you choose to give them, your phone number, project location, project type, budget range, timeline and message. The form sends these details to the studio by email. They are not stored in a database on the website.

We use this information only to reply to you and to discuss your project. The same applies if you email us directly.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed and whether an inquiry was sent. Analytics cookies are only set if you choose Accept in the cookie banner. If you decline, or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, Google Analytics runs without cookies and receives only limited, cookieless measurements. Inquiry details such as your name, email and phone are never sent to Google Analytics.

You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. Your choice is kept in your browser for twelve months.

Other services the site uses

• Hosting. The site is hosted by GoDaddy, which processes standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, to run and secure the service.
• Fonts. Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when a page loads.
• Video. One project video is embedded from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode. Nothing loads from YouTube until you press play.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use advertising pixels on this site.

How long we keep it

Inquiry emails are kept as long as needed to respond to you and to manage any resulting project, then deleted when no longer needed for business or legal reasons. Google Analytics data is kept according to the retention setting of our Analytics account.

Your choices and requests

You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing Ali@aliraddesign.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and may need to confirm your identity first.

Children

This site is meant for adults planning design projects and is not directed to children under 16.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
