Ali Rad founded the studio in Los Angeles in 2012. His work brings residential architecture and interior design into one coordinated process, with an emphasis on planning, proportion and the details that shape daily life.

01 · Los Angeles
A Mediterranean-style house transformed within its original footprint. Reworked openings, a redesigned kitchen and coordinated finishes give the home a clear, contemporary character.
02 · Malibu
A coastal home that makes room for daily wellbeing, with a gym, sauna and outdoor spa connected to natural light and ocean views.
03 · Santa Monica
Curved openings, emerald tile and custom cabinetry give this home its character. A carefully planned kitchen brings the interior together.

Featured project
At Tower Grove, the renovation focused on how the house felt and worked. Walls were opened, ceilings raised, skylights introduced and full-height glass added. Outside, an infinity-edge pool replaced the original kidney-shaped pool.
The result is a more open home, with a stronger connection between inside and out. Take a tour of the Tower Grove Residence in the film.
