We help owners evaluate those decisions — including on projects designed by another team. The work can include reviewing drawings, proposed substitutions, samples and site conditions, with advice focused on the question at hand.
Our role is defined at the start. Design consulting doesn’t replace the contractor, construction management or the architect of record.

How it starts

We talk through your site, scope, budget and timing. Thirty minutes is usually enough to know whether we are the right fit — and we’ll tell you if we’re not.

Design begins with the plan — a feasibility study or schematic design, depending on how far along your ideas are.
