Broad Beach Residence

Nestled on .659 acres of pristine coastline, Broad Beach offers a living experience that combines modern elegance with breathtaking natural beauty. This stunning project, completed in 2022, features over 7,600 square feet of living space, including both a main house and a guest house, designed to meet every need and desire.

Tower Grove Residence

The Tower Grove Residence is a stunning example of how thoughtful design can transform an old house into a modern masterpiece. Originally featuring low ceilings, small doors, and a kidney-shaped pool, this mid-century home lacked any indoor-outdoor connection. By opening up walls, removing a bedroom to expand living space, and introducing large floor-to-ceiling windows, we created a seamless flow between indoors and outdoors.

Alta Loma Residence

When I took on the Alta Loma Residence, it was a very old building in need of a complete overhaul. The goal was to transform it into a modern, minimalist space. I decided to change everything in the layout, focusing on simplicity and functionality.

The North Rockingham House showcases a seamless blend of traditional and contemporary design, transforming a 10,000-square-foot residence into a modern masterpiece. This project required adapting an existing Louis XVI style into a “super modern” aesthetic while maintaining elements of the original design.
