When I took on the Alta Loma Residence, it was a very old building in need of a complete overhaul. The goal was to transform it into a modern, minimalist space. I decided to change everything in the layout, focusing on simplicity and functionality.
This remodel of the Alta Loma Residence exemplifies our commitment to creating beautiful, functional spaces that reflect our clients’ visions. The result is a modern, elegant home that feels open, airy, and meticulously designed.
Interior Design Highlights
Sleek Simplicity: All vanities and kitchen cabinets are matte white and clean, giving a seamless and uncluttered look. The back wall of the kitchen is designed to look like floor-to-ceiling cabinetry, hiding the typical kitchen clutter, maintaining a minimalist appearance. This design choice makes the living room seem bigger by avoiding creating a dark kitchen corner.
Custom Furniture: Many pieces of furniture were custom-made for this project, ensuring a cohesive and tailored aesthetic.
Innovative Use of Mirrors: Mirrors were strategically placed, like in the bookshelf, to create the illusion of more space and add an interesting visual element.
Open and Airy Layout: By redesigning the layout of the apartment, I was able to open up the space, making it feel larger and more welcoming.
